The Welcoming Practice- How to surrender to what is when things are difficult

by Britta | Mar 15, 2017 | Growth

For us at COR, the month of March is all about the importance of initiations. The last two newsletters (you can find the first here and the second here) have been about rebirth and transformation. So here comes the tough part about this whole theme: before the...

The Importance of Initiations: Rebirth and Transformation in Our Everyday Lives

by Britta | Mar 3, 2017 | Uncategorized

The way I see it, every day is about letting go of something old, and opening to something new. Therefore every day provides opportunities for an initiation, really. There are huge and epic initiations, like the ones that we witness in our workshops. People usually...

Are You Hearing The Call? Are You Saying Yes To It?

by Britta | Jan 18, 2017 | Growth, Personal Transformation Stories

Last week Chrissy, one of our COR Facilitators, wrote about her powerful experience when she trusted herself and said yes to something that was really challenging yet super rewarding. I want to continue this train of thought by writing this week about what happens...

How to Transform a Trigger by Welcoming It

by Britta | Sep 2, 2016 | Blog, Emotions, Growth, Uncategorized

Here is a practice to deal with your own little “daily crisis”, in other words those times when you feel hurt, offended, triggered or emotionally charged by a daily event or person. It is the simple practice of accepting, holding and welcoming the emotional charge...

There are many ways a man learns to protect himsel There are many ways a man learns to protect himself.

He may become capable, independent, accommodating, successful, or strong for everyone around him. These ways of being can serve him well, while also making it harder to recognize what he needs, speak what is true, or remain open when relationship becomes vulnerable.

Noble Man is an invitation to explore what lives underneath those patterns with honesty, compassion, and the support of other men doing the same.

What makes this experience especially unique is that Noble Man is led, staffed, and held predominantly by women. In their presence, men have the opportunity to explore the patterns that have shaped their relationships with women and experience what becomes possible when they allow themselves to be more fully seen.

Over 3.5 days, men deepen their relationship with themselves and practice a more grounded, authentic way of meeting women, relationships, and life itself.

Not by becoming someone else, but by bringing more of themselves forward.

The next Noble Man takes place October 8 - 11 in Gore, Virginia.
Early Bird pricing is available through September 1.

We ask A LOT of men. "Be strong." "Provide." "Han We ask A LOT of men.

"Be strong."
"Provide."
"Handle it."
"Figure it out."

Many men become incredibly capable.

But somewhere along the way, they also learn that asking for support feels like weakness. That vulnerability is something to manage. That carrying it all alone is simply part of being a man.

At Noble Man, we see something different.

We believe real strength isn't about pretending you've got it all together. It's about having the courage to be fully yourself, in the company of other men and women who will meet you with honesty, respect, and compassion.

Noble Man isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's a modern rite of passage for men who sense there's another way to live—more connected, more authentic, and more fully alive.

If you're curious whether Noble Man is right for you, we'd love to meet you. Join us for our free Intro Call on MONDAY, AUGUST 11. Come with questions, experience the spirit of the work, and discover your next step.

"I didn't realize how much more alive I could feel "I didn't realize how much more alive I could feel."

A recent Noble Man participant shared these words after the workshop, and we love this because sometimes we assume growth is about fixing what's wrong. Often though, it's about discovering what's possible — more presence in our relationships, deeper connection to ourselves, more freedom, authenticity, and aliveness!

Some men sense possibility long before they can put words to it. It can feel like a pull (or a push!) towards a deeper chapter, a greater sense of purpose, or a more authentic way of living.

Noble Man is a workshop for men who feel that pull. Who want to live more consciously, live more fully, and have more meaningful relationships.

And it’s different because Noble Man is facilitated by women. In their presence, men have a rare opportunity to experience themselves differently and discover what becomes possible when they no longer have to perform, defend, or prove who they are.

Join us August 11 for an experiential call to get a taste of what it’s like to be more alive in the presence of women.

Most of us don't question the stories we've carrie Most of us don't question the stories we've carried for years. We simply learn to live around them. We work harder, protect ourselves, hold back, or stay small. We try to earn what we most long for. At some point, we start asking ourselves what is the cost of holding onto this story or belief? The answer is within...

Kings & Queens is an invitation to explore that question with honesty, compassion, and courage. For men and women ready to move beyond just understanding their patterns and into a deeper experience of wholeness, this workshop will help you see the deeper truths that have been obscured along the way.

We gather on November 5–8, 2026 in Gore, VA.
