COR LIFE

A 10-Month Leadership Training for Embodied, Connected Living

What if the way you want to live
became the way you actually live?

Most of us have had one or more strong experiences of our true self, glimpses of who we actually are, beyond our conditioning. We know something about the person we want to be. More present, grounded, honest, and connected to ourselves and the people we love.

And then life happens.

We get triggered. Old patterns take over. We avoid the difficult conversation, lose our grounding, or find ourselves reacting in ways that don’t reflect who we want to be.

COR LIFE is a 10-month leadership training for embodied, connected living.

Through experiential learning, cutting-edge practical and effective tools, mentorship, and community, you’ll learn to recognize the patterns that pull you away from yourself and practice returning to your Healthy Self with greater presence, compassion, and choice.

This changes everything. As you deepen in your Healthy Self, it changes how you communicate, navigate conflict, deepen relationships, make decisions, and contribute to the world around you.

COR LIFE means more life.

This is leadership from the inside out.
Not simply something you learn, but a way you learn to live.

ENROLL now for COR LIFE

From Insight to a Way of Life

There are moments when something becomes clear. You recognize an old pattern, experience a new way of relating, or connect with a part of yourself that has been difficult to access. Perhaps one of our workshops opened something in you.

But insight is only the beginning.

The deeper practice is bringing what you’ve learned into your everyday life, especially when you’re triggered, under pressure, navigating conflict, or facing the unknown.

COR LIFE gives you ten months to practice doing just that.

Why ten months? Because lasting integration takes practice. You need time to bring what you’re learning home, meet real-life challenges, return to the work, receive support, and practice again.

With ongoing teachings, embodied practices, community, and accountability, you’ll have the opportunity to return to your Healthy Self again and again, integrating new ways of relating, communicating, and responding.

Over time, what you practice becomes how you live: more present, connected, and alive.

THE WHAT

COR LIFE is a 10-month training that combines three immersive in-person modules with ten monthly two-hour teaching calls.

Between the in-person modules, you’ll bring what you’re learning into your daily life through practical assignments, reflection, and regular connection with an accountability buddy and a small group. This ongoing rhythm gives you the opportunity to practice new ways of relating, communicating, and responding to the challenges of real life.

2027/2028 In-Person Module Dates:
Module 1: May 11–16, 2027 | Gore, VA
Module 2: August 23–28, 2027 | Gore, VA
Module 3: January 6–9, 2028 | Southern US East Coast

The in-person modules are where the deep work happens, and the time between modules is where you live it.

 HOW WE PRACTICE

COR LIFE draws from a range of COR teachings, relational tools, embodied practices, and spiritual traditions. These are some of the methods you’ll experience and practice throughout the ten months.

The goal is not simply to know these tools.

It is to practice them often enough so they begin to shape
how you live, relate, and lead.

 BRINGING IT INTO THE WORLD

COR LIFE culminates with a final project that invites you to put what you’ve learned into practice in a way that is meaningful to you. You get to live your leadership.

Past projects have taken many forms, including workshops, retreats, sharing circles, workplace trainings, couples and family experiences, creative and spiritual offerings, podcasts, community initiatives, and programs focused on communication, relationships, purpose, embodiment, and personal growth.

Your project doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. It’s an opportunity to apply the tools you’ve been practicing in COR LIFE and to share your gifts, values, and Healthy Self with the world.

The final project serves as the practicum required to receive your COR LIFE completion certificate.

At COR, we understand leadership from the inside out. It isn’t dependent on a title, role, or position. It is the practice of living from your Healthy Self, taking responsibility for how you show up, and bringing greater presence, courage, compassion, and integrity into your relationships, work, and community.

As you become more grounded in who you are, purposeful leadership begins to emerge naturally. You become more able to speak your truth, take responsibility, hold healthy boundaries, listen deeply, and bring your gifts into your relationships and communities.

This is leadership from the inside out. This is living more fully.

Is COR LIFE for You?

Living from your Healthy Self doesn’t mean you never get triggered, overwhelmed, or fall into old patterns. It means developing the awareness and skills to recognize what is happening, meet yourself with compassion and truth, and choose how you want to respond.

COR LIFE gives you ten months to practice this in the places that matter most, from your relationships and family life to your work, purpose, spiritual life, and leadership.

People come to COR LIFE from many different walks of life. Our cohorts have included parents, teachers, coaches and therapists, healthcare professionals and bodyworkers, business owners and corporate professionals, artists, community leaders, and people simply wanting to live and relate with greater awareness and intention.

COR LIFE may be for you if…

◇ You understand many of your patterns, but still find yourself repeating them when life gets challenging.
◇ You struggle to hold your boundaries and want to become clearer and more confident in your healthy yes and healthy no.
◇ You want to communicate more honestly and skillfully, whether with a partner, family member, colleague, or team.
◇ You want to strengthen your ability to navigate conflict while staying connected to yourself and others.
◇ You have a strong inner critic and want to feel more comfortable in your own skin.
◇ You know you’re called to be a leader in some way, and you want to answer the call.
◇ You know there is still healing and integration needed to more fully “walk your talk.”
◇ You want to feel a deeper sense of belonging and to build relationships where you can be fully seen and known.
◇ You want to develop or deepen your ability to facilitate individuals and groups with presence and compassion.
◇ You’re a coach, therapist, or helping professional who wants to deepen your understanding of what drives human patterns, reactions, and ways of relating – in yourself and your clients – while expanding your relational and somatic skills.

COR LIFE is not for everyone. It is best suited for people who are ready and able to engage actively in their own growth, take responsibility for their experience, and put what they’re learning into practice in their everyday lives.

“This program was the singular most informative and transformative experience of my life. I learned so many valuable life skills that have given me the tools to step into the driver’s seat of my life and fully lead my own life, rather than it leading me. I healed childhood challenges that I have been working on for decades. I learned new skills, new ways of being with myself and with others.”
~ Jen

What’s possible

COR LIFE is about becoming more available for your own life. The training brings together embodied practices, psychology, spirituality, relational skills, and ongoing accountability to help what you’re learning take root in your everyday life.

Over the ten months, you’ll have the opportunity to develop greater awareness of yourself, practice new ways of responding, and strengthen your capacity to live and lead from your Healthy Self.

You may experience:

◇ A more loving and holistic relationship with yourself, where you feel more at home in who you are, your emotions, and all your parts, including the ones you find difficult to accept.
◇ Deeper connection in your relationships with partners, family, friends, colleagues, and community.
◇ Greater ability to stay grounded and present when life gets challenging.
◇ More honest, compassionate communication and greater confidence navigating conflict.
◇ Healthier boundaries and a clearer sense of your own needs, values, and choices.
◇ A greater sense of belonging and the ability to stay connected to others, even in moments of conflict or when you’re triggered.
◇ Greater ease and confidence in your body and how you show up with others.
◇ A deeper sense of purpose and clarity about the gifts you want to bring into the world.
◇ Greater confidence leading and facilitating individuals and groups.
◇ Practical tools for creating structure, following through, and bringing what matters to you into action.
◇ A more embodied spiritual life and deeper relationship with Grace.

The leadership you practice in COR LIFE is not limited to a title or role. It lives in how you communicate with your partner, parent your children, navigate a difficult conversation at work, contribute to your community, or bring an idea you care about into the world.

Ultimately, it is about becoming more able to live what you value.

COR LIFE Testimonial: "Thank you for this life altering experience. My wife and I had the best year of our adult lives together during LDT. It was the most productive, forward looking, creative, loving, and connected year. Our business profit went way up, our working time was cut back, we vacationed LOTS, and even when we were busy, we were busy together, and present together, to what we were up to together. Life is good." ~ Barrett
COR LIFE Testimonial: "LDT has been a great "school of life" for me! I have learned much more about how to be a human here than in all my previous academic endeavors... of which I have many." ~ Virginia
"So many of COR’s foundational tools and teachings are turning out to be at the core of what we’re learning in nursing school. The model our program is based on has so much crossover with LDT. I thought I’d feel like a fish out of water, but instead I’m really thriving in the program. I was very pleased and surprised that this curriculum is being incorporated into one of the leading nursing schools in the country & I am thrilled to know that my skills I’ve honed with COR will have a place in my nursing practice."<br />
~ Katie<br />

You Won’t DO THIS ALONE

COR LIFE is built around a committed cohort who learn, practice, and grow alongside one another throughout the ten months.

Through in-person modules, teaching calls, buddy work, small group circles, and shared practice, you’ll have opportunities to be seen and supported, practice new ways of relating, and offer that same presence to others.

The relationships formed through COR LIFE often grow into meaningful friendships and a community that continues long after the training ends.

Healing is relational. And so is learning how to live differently.

◇ COHORT SUPPORT
Most cohorts often form deep and meaningful connections that continue long after COR LIFE ends. Receive the support of a close community of men and women who are your equals.

◇ GROUNDWORK PROGRAM
Receive free monthly teachings as soon as you register.

Supported Every Step of the Way

COR LIFE is designed to support lasting integration, not just powerful moments of insight. Throughout the ten months, you’ll have a consistent rhythm of teaching, mentoring, practice, accountability, and community to help you bring what you’re learning into your everyday life.

◇ MULTI-DAY MODULES
Over the course of ten months, your entire cohort will come together in-person for multi-day intensives. This is where the deep work happens. You’ll dive into yourself, build real belonging, and have reparative experiences in community. You’ll come to understand yourself more fully, get an embodied knowing of your Healthy Self, and learn and practice leadership and facilitation tools you’ll carry with you.

MONTHLY GROUP TEACHINGS
Gather online each month for continued teaching, practice, and reflection, with space to deepen what you’re learning and explore how it’s showing up in your everyday life.

◇ MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING
Individualized support and check-ins from a COR LIFE Mentor.

◇ ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDIES
You will receive a designated buddy for accountability and support, as well as a buddy group.

COR LIFE Testimonial: "This training was a beautiful combination of stripping down my barriers and fears while building up my confidence and strengths. It was as much about my own personal life as it was about the life I wish to create as a facilitator. I feel more empowered to give my gifts, more grounded about how to practically do it, and freer from personal fears and restrictions."<br />

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST OF THE PROGRAM?

The total tuition cost for the ten-month program is $10,997 (Early Bird: $9,997). Your tuition includes the full ten-month COR LIFE experience, including all teachings, experiential practices, and training during three in-person modules, ten monthly teaching calls, monthly one-on-one mentorship, ongoing buddy and buddy group support, the Groundwork Program, and the support and connection of your cohort throughout the journey.

Please note there is a separate food and accommodation fee for each in-person module (I: $925, II: $925, and III: $708 – $1,057).

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH COR LIFE COHORT?

We only offer COR LIFE once per year, and each cohort is anywhere from 15-30 men and women who go through the entire year together.

HOW IS COR LIFE DIFFERENT FROM A COR WORKSHOP?

A COR workshop offers an immersive experience where you can step away from everyday life, explore what is happening beneath familiar patterns, and experience new possibilities for healing and connection.

COR LIFE gives you ten months to bring those insights into the way you actually live. You’ll practice in your relationships, work, family, spiritual life, and leadership, then return to your cohort, mentors, and teachers to reflect, learn, and practice again.

It’s the difference between having a meaningful experience and developing an ongoing way of living from your Healthy Self.

DO I NEED TO BE A COACH, FACILITATOR, OR PROFESSIONAL LEADER TO DO COR LIFE?

Not at all. COR LIFE is ultimately about how you live, relate, and lead in your everyday life. While you’ll learn foundational facilitation skills, many participants have no intention of becoming a coach or facilitator.

What you practice here can support how you communicate with your partner, parent your children, navigate challenges at work, hold boundaries, make decisions, deepen friendships, and contribute to your community. Leadership from the inside out can happen anywhere.

If you want to be a better partner, friend, boss, colleague, and parent, this is a fantastic program for you. The skills you’ll learn and practice at COR LIFE will affect every single area of your life.

I AM A COACH, THERAPIST, OR OTHER HELPING PROFESSIONAL. HOW WILL COR LIFE SUPPORT MY WORK?

COR LIFE can deepen both who you are at work and the range of tools you bring to your work. You’ll expand your understanding of human patterns, beginning with your own, and learn to recognize Wounded, Survivor, and Healthy Self dynamics, including inflated and deflated ego structures. You’ll also grow your relational and somatic skills through embodied awareness, somatic tracking, communication practices, and experiential work. You’ll develop more ways to support people in accessing what is true and needed in the moment. And because you’ll practice these tools personally, you’ll deepen your own presence, attunement, compassion, and connection, shaping not only what you do, but how you accompany the people you serve.

IS COR LIFE FOR EVERYONE?

COR LIFE is a deeply experiential training that includes emotional, relational, and somatic work. Because of this, it may not be the right program for everyone at every season of life. COR LIFE is designed for people who have enough stability and capacity to participate fully in the training, including being present with emotions and body sensations, engaging in relationship with others, and taking responsibility for their own growth and wellbeing.

If you are currently experiencing an active addiction, significant mental health instability, or another circumstance that may make it difficult to participate fully in experiential work, we encourage you to speak with us before enrolling. Together, we can explore whether COR LIFE is an appropriate fit for you at this time. COR LIFE is also probably not the right fit if you are primarily looking for information or insight without a willingness to practice, experiment, receive feedback, and make meaningful changes in how you live and relate.

Questions about whether COR LIFE is a good fit for you? Email us and we’d be happy to discuss.

IS COR LIFE ABOUT FIXING OR CHANGING WHO I AM?

No. COR LIFE begins from the understanding that every part of you belongs. The work is not about becoming someone else, but learning to meet yourself more fully with compassion and truth.

COR LIFE is about becoming more available for your own life. Throughout the training, you’ll have opportunities to explore old patterns, tend to places that still need healing, and practice new ways of responding. As old patterns loosen their grip, more of your energy becomes available for connection, creativity, purpose, play, and the life you want to live.

WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES TO PARTICIPATE?

COR LIFE is available to everyone who has completed a COR or Celebration of Being workshop or Immersion Weekend – OR – a minimum of four private sessions with a COR Facilitator or Coach.

DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL THREE IN-PERSON MODULES?

Yes. The three in-person modules are an essential part of COR LIFE and build upon one another throughout the ten months. Your presence also matters to the cohort, as much of the learning happens through practicing, sharing, and growing together.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If something comes up that may prevent you from attending a module, please reach out to us so we can talk through your situation.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE IN-PERSON MODULES?

The in-person modules combine teaching with experiential learning, personal reflection, embodied and spiritual practices, small and large group work, and opportunities to practice relational and facilitation skills. You won’t be sitting in a classroom! Instead, you’ll be actively exploring what you’re learning through your own experience and in relationship with others.

There is space for meaningful personal healing work, as well as movement, somatic practices, meditation, prayer, connection, and time to integrate, rest, and be in nature. As the training progresses, you’ll also have opportunities to practice foundational facilitation skills with support and feedback.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT TRAVEL FOR THE IN-PERSON MODULES?

Two of the three COR LIFE modules will take place at The Land Celebration in Gore, Virginia, about 90 minutes outside of Washington, D.C. Most participants fly into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and we help connect the cohort so participants can coordinate carpools to and from The Land.

Our third module will take place at a retreat center on the southern East Coast. We are currently finalizing the location and will share those details as soon as they are confirmed.

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from each module. We’ll provide detailed arrival and departure information, airport recommendations, timing, and opportunities to coordinate transportation with your cohort.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I EXPECT TO COMMIT BETWEEN MODULES?

COR LIFE is a meaningful commitment, and the time between modules is an important part of the training. Each month includes a two-hour teaching call, approximately two 20–30 minute buddy calls, and one buddy group call, along with time for study, reflection, and practicing what you’re learning in your everyday life.

There is flexibility in how deeply you engage with the practices and assignments. As with most meaningful learning, what you bring to the experience matters. The more space you give yourself to practice, reflect, and integrate, the more COR LIFE can become something you live, rather than simply something you learn.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO MISS A MONTHLY TEACHING CALL?

We encourage you to attend all of the monthly teaching calls live. Being together allows you to participate in the practices, ask questions, and stay connected to the learning and your cohort.

We also know that life happens. If you need to miss a call, recordings will be available. We ask that you watch the recording within 48 hours time and communicate your reflections to your cohort.

I’VE ALREADY COMPLETED LDT. CAN I COME BACK AND EXPERIENCE COR LIFE?

Yes! We would love to welcome you back as a COR LIFE Reviewer. Reviewing gives you the opportunity to experience the full ten months again with new teachings and practices, a different emphasis, and the perspective of who you are now. We offer a special LDT Alumni Reviewer tuition of $7,997 (food and accommodations are separate). If you’re ready to return and go deeper, you can enroll here. Questions about reviewing? Email info@corexperience.com and we’d be happy to help you discern whether reviewing COR LIFE is right for you.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

You can pay your tuition in full or choose a flexible payment plan with a 5% financing fee. If you have financial needs or circumstances you’d like to discuss, please reach out to info@corexperience.com. We’re happy to learn more about your situation and work with you to create a payment plan that works for you.
