BOARD OF ADVISORS

Our Board of Advisors is made up of talented individuals who are all leaders in their various fields. We have assembled a group of leaders in medicine, psychology, law, ethics, communication, business management, organizational psychology, team building, and education. The Board meets quarterly to review policies, procedures, and course processes to help provide a diverse and thorough viewpoint, helping us to ensure that COR continues to stay on the cutting edge of psychology and course curriculum while balancing the needs of our clients and our business.

Tyler Vadeboncoeur

Doctor and Educator

Tyler Vadeboncoeur lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his wife Bridgett and two daughters.  He is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Florida where he spends most of his time practicing emergency medicine but also has significant research and administrative efforts.  Tyler recently became the Director of Learner Well-being for the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. In this role, he oversees the well-being of all learners on the Florida campus. Despite living in Florida, Tyler loves to escape to the mountains to alpine ski, rock climb, and trail run.  He and Bridgett are also avid surfers both at home and abroad.

Walter Sipe, MD

Psychiatrist

Walter Sipe, MD is an actively practicing psychiatrist and pediatrician who lectures and teaches widely, including at the University of California, San Francisco and the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has clinical and research experience in the areas of mind-body interactions and the application of mindfulness practices to alleviate suffering and promote personal growth.

Michel Nabti

Organizational Specialist

Michel is Director of People Operations at Insikt, a social-impact financial technology company in San Francisco, where he leads organization development, learning and leadership development, HR strategy, recruitment, employee experience, diversity and inclusivity, compensation, benefits, and the continuing evolution of the company’s culture. He started his career as a Research Associate in the Organizational Behavior Laboratory at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, co-launched one of Google’s first onboarding programs, and has worked with start-ups, established companies, and NGOs around the world on leadership, team dynamics, strategy implementation, people analytics, culture, and organization performance. Michel holds an MA in Organizational Behavior & Industrial Psychology from Columbia University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also holds a Certification in International Conflict Resolution & Negotiation from the Erasmus University-Rotterdam School of Management. In addition to his involvement with COR, he is also on the Advisory Board to Burning Man People Operations. Michel is passionate about farm-to-table cooking, outdoor adventures, and cultural immersion.

Zoe Sipe

Licensed Psychotherapist

Zoe Sipe, MA, MFT is a California Licensed psychotherapist and a certified sex therapist by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Zoe is also the Program Lead and an Instructor for the Sex Therapy Certificate Program offered by the California Institute of Integral Studies, Public Programs, in San Francisco. Zoe brings a diverse array of experiences to her practice and teaching, including formal training in Gestalt and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, as well as grounding in transformational methodologies–inspired by the integration of therapeutic and transformational modalities.  She is a graduate of Reed College and of the Integral Counseling Master’s Program at CIIS.

Kristen Davis

Certified Public Accountant

Kristen Davis was formally Director of Revenue at a security software company in San Francisco.  Prior to her revenue career she worked for KPMG and Moss Adams on their tax teams focus was on non-profit, estate and partnership tax. She is currently starting a woodworking business with her husband; their specialty is live edge tables. Kristen is also a registered yoga teacher and enjoys helping people feel in their body. She loves riding motorcycles, hiking, doing anything near the water and watching her son on stage.

Janelle Hallman

Facilitator

Janelle Hallman is a coach and facilitator of personal growth work with individuals and groups. She is a certified 4 Gateways Coach – a process that evokes the soul wisdom of the Magician, Warrior, Lover, and Sovereign archetypes – and is currently a Facilitator in Training with COR. She has extensive experience in speaking, training, and developing and directing large and small workshops and retreats on a variety of topics. She has also served as adjunct and full-time faculty for several different universities offering course work for mental health professionals. Janelle resides in the lovely state of Colorado. 

Aaron Steinberg

Relationship and Complex Trauma Coach

Aaron F. Steinberg, MA, PCC is a trauma-informed relationship coach and educator, trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, the NARM Institute, and the Gottman Institute. Predominantly, he’s worked in one-on-one and couples private practice since 2010. He’s also helped facilitate workshops for COR, created and delivered organizational wellness programs for a handful of Bay Area companies, and created and teaches a course for new parents called Babyproofing Your Relationship at a community non-profit in San Francisco. Before venturing into mental health and personal growth, Aaron was a professional poker player, and has since done performance coaching for some of the top players in the world.

Raymond Linafelter

Facilitator

Raymond Linafelter is a coach/ mentor and workshop facilitator. He is also the owner/ operator of Rancho Del Pacifico, an equine therapy and clinical care farm with locations in Gilbert and Chandler Arizona. Ray first came to COR in October of 2017. In addition to completing COR’s Leadership Development Training in 2018 he recently completed the Advanced Leadership Facilitation Training and is currently enrolled in the Facilitator in Training program. When Ray isn’t working with COR he is mentoring his own clients, creating and leading men’s work programs, exploring the dance between the masculine and feminine, making music and traveling. Ray’s mantra is to “Honor the dignity of all women.”. He is proud to be part of the COR leadership team and is committed to improving and spreading this work that has benefited him so greatly to the world.
