CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand. Sometimes things can change. If for any reason you cannot attend a purchased workshop, training, or complete a path, please consult the following cancellation policies for your options, and report the circumstance as quickly as possible to Client Care.

Workshop ParticipantS

For ALL WORKSHOPS:

If the workshop is canceled due to Covid restrictions, you will be moved to the next available workshop. There are no refunds.

Cancellation more than 90 days prior to the workshop start date:

Due to the hard costs of producing this retreat, the deposit amount is non-refundable, even if you pay in full. The deposit is transferable to another COR workshop of the same kind within one year of the workshop date for which you originally registered. The remaining balance of your payment for the workshop can be refunded.

Cancellation between 90 and 60 days prior to the workshop start date:

Your entire payment is transferable, but non-refundable, to another COR workshop of the same kind within one year of the workshop date for which you originally registered. There will be a $100 re-registration fee for this.

Cancellation less the 60 days prior to the workshop date, and once the workshop has started:

No refund or transfer.

Cancellation and re-registering for the same workshop:

If you cancel your participation in a particular workshop and then decide to re-register for that same workshop, provided there is still space available for you, there will be a $100 re-registration fee.

To rebook following cancellation:

If you cancel 60+ days prior to the start of the workshop and you would like to transfer your available funds* to another workshop, you must contact Client Care for instructions on how to complete the transfer.

*Funds available for transfer can only be used for your participation and cannot be transferred to another person.

Presale Deposits:

If you have purchased a workshop pre-sale deposit, it is not refundable.

 

COR reserves the right to change the date or location of a workshop, and/or to transfer your registration to a different workshop.

If through an Act of God (i.e. earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disasters) we are not able to offer the workshop, we are not obligated to refund you.

 Compassion Cultivation Course (CCT)

 

Cancellation more than 21 days prior to the course start date:

You will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee.

Cancellation between 21 days and 7 days prior to the course start date:

Your entire payment is transferrable, but not refundable, to the next CCT course offered by COR.

Cancellation 7 days or less before the course starts:

No refund or transfer.

WORKSHOP STAFF

ALL WORKSHOPS

All staffing fees are non-refundable and not transferrable to another person. If the workshop is canceled due to Covid restrictions, you will be moved to the next available workshop. There are no refunds.

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the workshop start date:

Your payment can be transferred to staffing or participating in another COR workshop within one year of the workshop date.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the workshop start date and once the workshop has started:

No refund or transfer.

To rebook following cancellation:

If you cancel 60+ days prior to the start of the workshop and you would like to transfer your available funds* to another workshop, you must contact Client Care for instructions on how to complete the transfer.

*Funds available for transfer can only be used for your participation and cannot be transferred to another person.

LDT & ALFT TRAININGS

LDT PARTICIPANTS

If the in-person module group is canceled due to Covid restrictions, you will be moved to either the next available in-person module or you have the option to change your participation and join the online module group.

There are no refunds.

You may transfer your registration between In-Person and Online or to the following year; transfers must be completed before the courses begin.

To change your participation:
Please contact Client Care to request a change in your participation, and await confirmation from someone on the COR Team. You will likely have a conversation with one of the Training’s facilitators prior to receiving confirmation.

*If you are on a monthly payment plan you are obliged to complete your full payment, regardless of whether or not you complete the Training.

*Funds available for transfer can only be used for your participation and cannot be transferred to another person.

ALFT PARTICIPANTS

If the workshop is canceled due to Covid restrictions, you will be moved to the next available workshop. There are no refunds.

Cancellation 90 days (or more) prior to the start of Module I of the Training:

You can receive a refund for any balance payment made, minus the deposit.
$500 of the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
$1000 of the deposit can be transferred to the next year’s Training.

Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the start of Module I of the Training or anytime after the Training has started:

No Refund or Transfer.*

*If you are on a monthly payment plan you are obliged to complete your full payment, regardless of whether or not you complete the Training.

PATHS & PACKAGES

THE LADY’S PATH – THE KING’S PATH – THE QUEEN’S PATH

* All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you pay in full. The deposit amount equals 1/3 of the full cost of the Path.

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your 1st workshop start date:

Your payment can be refunded (less the non-refundable deposit of $599), or transferred to the same workshop within the 18 months of when you purchased your path.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to your 1st workshop start date: 

No refund or transfer.

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your 2nd workshop start date:

No refund, but your payment can be transferred to the same workshop within the 18 months of when you purchased your path.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to your 2nd workshop date:

No refund or transfer.

Path Duration:

You have 18 months from the time you register to complete your path.

Payment Plans:

If you registered with the 3-month payment plan option, your payments will be charged to your account automatically 1 month and 2 months from the day you registered. In the event you purchase the path within 2 months of your first workshop, you must pay your remaining balance 4 weeks prior to the start of the first workshop you are participating in on your Path.

 

STAFFING PACKAGES

You must complete your 2 or 3 staffing opportunities within 15-18* months of registering (depends on which package you choose, see below) at any of:

  • Noble Man
  • Radiant Woman
  • Kings and Queens
  • COR Woman

*15 months for women and 18 months for men, simply because women have more staffing opportunities

Refund/Transfer:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation, once you register to staff a workshop

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your workshop start date:
Your registration can be transferred to staffing another workshop within the time frame of your package.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to your workshop start date:
You forfeit that opportunity to staff and your staffing payment for that workshop is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
