We understand. Sometimes things can change. If for any reason you cannot attend a purchased workshop or training, please consult the following cancellation policies for your options, and report the circumstance as quickly as possible to Client Care.
Workshops & ONLINE PROGRAMS:
For ALL WORKSHOPS, ONLINE PROGRAMS, & LDT/ALFT STAFF:
All workshop participation and staffing fees are non-transferable to another person.
Cancellation more the 60 days prior to the workshop or start of the program:
Your payment is refundable.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to the workshop or start of the program:
Half of your payment is refundable, or you may choose to transfer your full payment to a workshop or online program of the same kind within 18 months.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the workshop start date:
In-Person Workshops: Your payment is non-refundable.
Online Programs: Your payment is transferable to a program of the same kind within one year, minus a 15% rebooking fee.
If through an Act of God (e.g. earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disasters), we are not able to offer the workshop, we are not obligated to refund you.
LDT & ALFT TRAININGS
Cancellation 90 days (or more) prior to the start of Module I of the Training:
$500 of the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
$1000 of the deposit can be transferred to the next year’s Training.
If you paid more than the deposit, you can either receive a refund for any balance payment made above the deposit, or transfer it to the next year’s training.
Cancellation between 90 and 30 days prior to the start of Module I of the Training:
The $1500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Balance payments are non-refundable. If you paid more than the deposit, you can transfer the amount paid above the deposit to the next year’s training.
Cancellation less than 30 days, and once the training has started:
No refunds, no transfers.
If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are obliged to complete your full payment, regardless of whether or not you complete the Training.
Funds available for transfer can only be used for your participation and cannot be transferred to another person.
NOTE: If through an Act of God (e.g. earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disaster), we are not able to offer a particular training unit (partially or in full), we are not obligated to refund you.
Monthly Membership: 6 month commitment to start. After 6 months, cancellations must be made with one month’s notice prior to next billing cycle.
Annual Membership: No refunds. After the first year, membership will automatically be renewed; or upon request one month prior to the end of the renewal date it can be canceled or moved to a monthly plan.
