It’s Time to Let in the Good!

by Shandra LaMotte | Jul 3, 2018 | Emotions, Gratitude, Growth, Love, Uncategorized

COR’s theme for the month of July is another important aspect of the transformational journey: Letting in the Good! So what does this even mean? Essentially, letting in the good is the ability to recognize when something positive or good is happening and to actually...

Rather than Numb Out, Tune In!

by Shandra LaMotte | Mar 21, 2018 | Emotions, Gratitude, Growth, Love, Meditation

As Lee and Aaron have mentioned in the previous newsletters, mindfulness and presence are such an integral foundation for personal growth. They help us attune to what’s happening right now for us with non-judgemental awareness. Without presence or mindfulness, we just...

Are you open to receive the gifts that don’t feel like a gift?

by Shandra LaMotte | Jan 24, 2018 | Uncategorized

Since this month at COR is all about the pillars of new beginnings and opening to receive, I figured I’d dive head first into this topic in my own life as well. It’s definitely been quite the experience so far! So, last Monday, I began my morning meditation by saying...

The Importance of Celebrating our Failures in 2017

by Shandra LaMotte | Dec 19, 2017 | Gratitude, Growth

Like Britta and Lee have mentioned in the previous weeks, it’s important to take time to reflect on the past year so you can powerfully complete the year and bring more intention into 2018. So once you’ve reviewed your year and acknowledged your accomplishments (like...

What I found in being grateful for this year’s hardships

by Shandra LaMotte | Dec 4, 2017 | Uncategorized

As we complete November and this month of gratitude, we at COR wanted to shine a light on one more aspect of gratitude—gratitude for our struggles, heartbreaks, and times when we feel closed. This might be the hardest facet of gratitude for many of us...

There's something powerful about sitting in a circ There's something powerful about sitting in a circle of women.

Especially in a world where so many of us are carrying a lot. Responsibilities, expectations, worries, grief, and the constant pressure to keep it all together.

And so often, we carry it alone.

But something begins to shift when we gather with other women in a space of genuine care and acceptance.

When one woman shares something she's been holding inside, another recognizes herself in her story.

When someone finds the courage to be vulnerable, it opens the door for others to do the same.

And slowly, the walls we didn't even realize we'd built begin to soften.

We remember what it feels like to belong. To be seen and accepted. To laugh, cry, and celebrate together. To discover that we're not nearly as alone in our struggles as we sometimes believe.

This is one of the most beautiful and powerful parts of COR Woman. And something we need, perhaps now more than ever.

🩵 We'd love to welcome you into the circle.

We gather

What happens when you give yourself the time, tool What happens when you give yourself the time, tools, and support to truly change how you live?

Sometimes the biggest changes show up in the most ordinary moments. In how you respond to your partner during a difficult conversation. How you navigate challenges at work. How you relate to yourself when things don't go as planned.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of witnessing these changes in the lives of our Leadership Development Training (LDT) participants. Their stories speak to what can happen when inner work becomes part of everyday life.

And they've helped inspire the next evolution of this training: COR LIFE. A 10-month journey to deepen your healing, strengthen your relationships, and learn to live, love, and lead with greater presence, compassion, and purpose.

More presence. More connection. More life.

Registration for COR LIFE is open!

Some things can’t be rushed. A dedicated workshop Some things can’t be rushed.

A dedicated workshop can open something real. Carrying it into daily life is a slower kind of work, and it happens in ordinary moments with the people you love and the life you already have.

COR LIFE gives that work ten months to take root. You’ll meet in-person three times, gather online each month, and practice alongside a mentor, a buddy, and a cohort who knows what you’re walking through.

There’s no rush to decide. If this speaks to you, schedule a FREE discover call at link in bio.

COR Woman intro call is THIS Wednesday, October 14 COR Woman intro call is THIS Wednesday, October 14.

You have probably done the work. The books, the therapy, the workshops, the retreats. You have gathered with women. You have shared your story. You have had insights that felt real in the moment and then quietly dissolved back into the rhythm of everyday life.

What COR Woman offers is different, not because it is more intense, but because it goes to a different layer.

The work is embodied. It reaches the places the mind cannot talk its way into. Through breathwork, somatic practice, and honest facilitated process in a small, well-held circle, women begin to meet the parts of themselves that have been waiting, not with more analysis, but with presence, compassion, and the kind of grace that completes what effort alone cannot.

The change that comes from this work tends to last, because it is not built on insight. It is built on integration.

Join us THIS WEDNESDAY for a free intro call and feel the difference for yourself.

Upcoming COR Woman Workshops:
October 8–11, 2026 in Austin, TX
February 25-28, 2027 in Crestone, CO
