This breathing technique is best done in the morning, on an empty stomach. It is a great technique to wake yourself up, if you feel sluggish, full of repressed emotions, or mentally overwhelmed.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and keep your eyes closed. You can do this for 2-10 minutes. If you wish to, do it to your favorite fast chaotic kind of music, ideally instrumental.

Breathe chaotically through the nose, concentrating always on exhalation, directing the breath everywhere in the body and using it to awaken areas where the breath does not normally reach. The breath should move deeply into the lungs. Be as fast as you can in your breathing, while making sure the breathing stays deep.

While breathing, always concentrate on the exhalation. The body will take care of the inhalation.  Do this as fast as it still feels comfortable- and then a little faster, until you literally become the breathing.

Use your natural body movements to help you build up your energy. Keep your shoulders and neck relaxed.  Feel your inner fire building up.

You might want to complete this by discharging some of the energy you have build up by making sounds, shaking, crying, laughing, or dancing. Feel your Passion, your Fire being awakened in body, heart, mind and spirit!
