Few invite them to arrive as they actually are, as the whole, complicated, tender, resilient human being beneath it all. COR Woman is not a retreat where you listen and take notes. It is not a weekend of inspiration that fades by Tuesday. It is an embodied practice. Breathwork, somatic experiencing, and facilitated process held in a dedicated circle of women, guided by facilitators who have done this work themselves and know how to hold it with steadiness and care.
