Something new is coming to LIFE at COR! ✨

For years, we've watched what happens when people have the time, tools, and support to bring their inner work into everyday life. They begin to communicate differently, recognize their old patterns sooner, navigate conflict with greater care, and make choices that reflect what truly matters to them.

And we've kept coming back to one question:

What if the way you want to live became the way you actually live?

We're so excited to introduce COR LIFE, our new 10-month Leadership Training for Embodied, Connected Living!

Growing out of our longtime Leadership Development Training (LDT), COR LIFE brings a renewed emphasis to what has always been at the heart of our work: learning to live from your Healthy Self.

Through immersive in-person experiences, cutting-edge relational and somatic practices, mentorship, and a committed community, you'll have ten months to deepen your healing, strengthen your relationships, and grow your capacity to lead and facilitate with greater presence and confidence. Because the real magic happens when what you've learned becomes part of how you live.

More presence. More connection. More life.

There are many spaces that invite women to gather.

There are many spaces that invite women to gather. Few invite them to arrive as they actually are, as the whole, complicated, tender, resilient human being beneath it all.

COR Woman is not a retreat where you listen and take notes. It is not a weekend of inspiration that fades by Tuesday. It is an embodied practice. Breathwork, somatic experiencing, and facilitated process held in a dedicated circle of women, guided by facilitators who have done this work themselves and know how to hold it with steadiness and care.

No substances. No performance. No pressure to arrive healed or leave transformed on cue. Just an honest, grounded return to yourself at a pace that feels true.

We begin the immersion October 8-11.
