Rekindle Your Meditation Practice {Free Series}

During these ongoing uncertain times we may have lost trust, are holding on tighter to control than we’d like, find it hard to access our devotion to something greater, We may have encountered uncomfortable levels of fear. With Thanksgiving and the holidays just around the corner, we might not feel so grateful for the kind of year we have had in 2020 and feel disconnected from the sacredness of the upcoming season.

Yet even in the tides of change, there are timeless practices we can turn to……silent or contemplative meditation being one of them. More than ever before, there is a need to ground ourselves into the core of our being. This is where real, deep and unconditional Love is always waiting to take us into its mystery, no matter what is going on around us. And the five essential qualities/or pillars of trust, surrender, humility, devotion, gratitude and courage help us access ever deeper levels of Grace and anchor us in what is unchanging and unshakeable.

Taking up (or reigniting or deepening) a daily meditation practice is one of the best ways we can stay in our Healthy Self and be graceful and helpful in the midst of the many challenges of our current times. To this day, meditation remains one of the oldest and most effective practices for calming our minds and awakening our inner resilience—even in a year as tumultuous as this one.

COR will offer these meditations at 8 am PT from Monday through Friday (Nov. 23-27) for about 25-30 minutes. Attend any or all of them.

Each day, from Monday through Friday, Nov. 23-27, you will be led through a guided meditation and give instructions on how to open to five of the pillars on the spiritual journey:

1. Trust/Faith
2. Letting go of Control/Surrender
3. Humility & Devotion
4. Gratitude (On Thanksgiving Day)
5. Courage/Tenderhearted Bravery
