It’s about beginning each day grounded in trust, and ending it with a peaceful mind — having run the race well, having let go of what is not yours to carry, and having received a glimmer of insight for the day to come.

This is a sacred rhythm for your real, human life — one that honors your full humanity, your essential goodness, and your longing for more.It honors your capacity to hold what’s hard with compassion, to let go of what’s heavy, and to rest into the unknowing of what comes next. Your One Sacred Day is a six-month group coaching program designed to bring rhythm, reverence, and renewal into your everyday life.
Each day becomes a living temple — bookended with devotion.
Through a simple morning practice rooted in dedication and Grace, and an evening reflection modeled after the Examen Prayer (adapted for modern seekers), you’ll begin to experience each day as a sacred opportunity. In fact, each day is the only opportunity. It’s the one day you have to dedicate your time and energy with intention, to open yourself to more life, and to complete your day with truth, compassion, and release.

Time: 2:00pm – 3:00pm ET
NOTE: All Zoom calls will be recorded. If you miss the teaching call, you commit to listening to it within 72 hours and posting something on the WhatsApp group about how this relates to you personally. Listening to a missed optional group coaching call is also recommended, but not required.
