Seattle Connection Catalyst Circle
Take a break from your busy schedule to do something just for YOU. This is a chance to unplug and recharge. A chance to get in touch with exactly where you are and let others have a glimpse into your world – while also practicing the skill of holding space for others to do the exact same thing.
This monthly co-ed workshop in Seattle is hosted by Dani and Scott Buckley (in partnership with COR) and is centered around engaging in more authentic connections with ourselves and others. Our motto is “let’s just be who we really are” and that’s exactly the kind of space that is created on these nights. It’s casual and all you have to do is show up!
Each month we explore a different theme together and we’ll do a number of exercises that will bring you more in touch with your truest, most authentic self. This includes meditation, sharing circles, partner exercises, journaling, and/or body movement. You’ll get to practice the art of vulnerability, active listening, mindfulness, self awareness, somatic tracking, and more.
Participants leave these nights feeling inspired, connected, and seen! This event is open to the public – and is perfect for couples, friends, or solo. We hope you’ll join us!
You must RSVP via the eventbrite link (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/seattle-connection-catalyst-circle-june-2019-tickets-57844755220) in order to reserve your spot, and details (including exact address) will be sent out prior to the event.
A note on price: We have shifted to a donation-based model so that our circles are inclusive but that we can still cover costs and time spent creating these nights. You are welcome to pay now or pay in cash (or venmo/paypal) onsite at the event. Or if you aren’t able to make a donation at this time, that is okay too. You are welcome either way!
