East Bay Evening Gathering

Our lives move so fast. If we don’t pause and take a breath, we can miss the places to celebrate, to feel, to connect with others, to connect with ourselves. This monthly event is a place to do all of this, to slow down, reflect, connect, and plug into life and all that it has to offer.

Each month we will take time to dive into a different theme. Activities will rotate, but will always include an invitation to do some kind of sharing (with the group or with a partner), a presencing meditation, a chance to discover more of the topic through a facilitated process, and some light movement.

The monthly themes are:

August- Experiencing Joy

September- Self-Love & Body Love

October- Generosity and Giving Back Through Service

SCHEDULE:

We will start with an optional dinner and social hour from 6-7pm.  There will be one simple soup or stew meal option that will be light and vegan.  Please feel free to bring other snacks or food to share. Tea and water will be provided.

Our workshop will start promptly at 7pm.  If you can’t make the dinner hour, please arrive by 6:45 to settle in and ensure you are there when we start.

We will finish our evening workshop exercises and conclude by 9:00pm.

ALL ARE WELCOME. This event has been created to support Alumni of COR workshop weekends, but all are welcome to join. If you are alumni, you can bring friends and family. If you want more information about COR and want a chance to experience some of the work we do, please feel free to join in. Not sure what COR is but like the idea of connection and community and want a chance to meet cool new people and explore a fun topic this month? You are welcome too!

Workshop facilitated by Jen Underwood, and sponsored by COR Experience. Please email jenerationu@gmail.com with any questions.
