COR Woman Mini-Workshop (Navigating Family Dynamics)
In this mini-workshop, we will explore the topic of family dynamics — how to navigate them with truth, compassion and grace. Most importantly not to abandon yourself, but include yourself in the connections. We will share teachings and tools on the continued navigation and cultivation of this topic in the day to day world. Ultimately it is about approaching family more mindfully and intentionally.
