Visualize the good you are open to receiving, and allow your body to aceept it freely. Practicing this meditation once, or regularly, will leave you feeling refreshed and alive.

- Ask yourself what good things in life you are open to receiving.
- Speak aloud and visualize your intentions for receiving these good things.
- Allow your anxiety, stress, doubt, and fear to wash away, as you are covered with goodness.
- Approach your day with a sense of expectancy, and an openness to the good.
