In Person Modules

Our in person schedule is as follows for 2021:

◇ April 30- May 8, VIRGINIA

◇ August 19- 24, VIRGINIA

◇ December 9-12, CALIFORNIA

The first two modules are at the stunning Land Celebration in Gore, Virginia, a beautiful retreat site that features several group sleeping rooms, a swimming pond, a hot tub, a large kitchen and dining area, and a beautiful group process room.  The buildings and amenities are nestled on a large rural property with hiking trails, rolling green lawns, three walking labyrinths, and several multi-denominational shrines located throughout the property. It is a beautiful setting for the deepest work you’ve likely ever done. Our third module is at our gorgeous California location, Cat Canyon Ranch.

It is highly recommended that you start to plan your travel arrangements early.  Please see the logistics pages for each module for details on arrival, departure, packing lists, and shuttles.

The first meeting will be on May 18th, 2021.
These meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (except for August, which will be the 2nd Tuesday of the month) at the same time, 11am-1pm PST.

If you are in a different time zone, please adjust your calendar reminders accordingly.

How to Access the Zoom Meeting:

 We are using the platform Zoom for our monthly group meetings. There are multiple ways to access the conference, but if you join from your computer, you’ll experience it over video chat!

Monthly Reports

Please complete your MRF and email it to Britta & Lee by noon on the Sunday before each Zoom meeting.

Individual Sessions with Lee or Britta

You will have Monthly 30-min ALFT Coaching Sessions with Lee or Britta. It is your responsibility to book these asap.

 When you click one of these links, you will find available time slots. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email.

 If you need to cancel or reschedule any of those appointments please don’t email Lee or Britta personally but use the link provided in the Schedule Once booking confirmation email. Please remember their 24-hr cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder for any upcoming appointments 36 hours before your appointment. As an added bonus there is a link to add the event to your calendar which is really practical.

Regular Buddy Calls

You are required to have a regular buddy checkup call, at least every two weeks, best is the same day/time.  During these calls you are practicing active listening as well as some of the tools we are teaching, such as somatic inquiry.

Practice groups

 We highly recommend that you connect with your cohort regularly, several times a month, to practice the many skills and tools you are learning in the ALFT. It should be at least 2 people, but could also be three or more of you, with one or more of you observing and giving feedback. Or it could be a group of you to practice any of the group processes. This is peer lead and peer organized. The sooner you organize this, the better!
