GENERAL TERMS:
- All participant registrations and staffing fees are non-transferable to another person.
- In the case of a personal emergency, please refer to the Cancellation Policy Exceptions.
LDT & ALFT TRAININGS
ALL PARTICIPANTS
Cancellation 90 days or more before Module I:
- $500 of the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- $1,000 of the deposit may be transferred to the next year’s Training.
- Any amount paid beyond the deposit may either be:
- Refunded, or
- Transferred to the next year’s Training.
Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before Module I:
- The full $1,500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Balance payments are non-refundable.
- Any amount paid above the deposit may be transferred to the next year’s Training.
Cancellation less than 30 days before Module I, or after the Training has begun:
- No refunds or transfers will be granted.
Payment Plans:
- If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete your full payment, regardless of whether or not you finish the Training.
Workshops & ONLINE PROGRAMS:
For ALL WORKSHOPS, ONLINE PROGRAMS, & LDT/ALFT STAFF:
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the start:
- Your payment is fully refundable.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to the start:
You may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a 50% refund, or
- Transfer your full payment to a workshop or online program of the same kind within 18 months.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the start:
In-Person Workshops:
- Your payment is non-refundable.
Online Programs:
Your payment is transferable to a program of the same kind within 1 year, minus a 15% rebooking fee.
