The word “Cor” is Latin for “Heart” and in this podcast Britta gets to the Heart of what life is all about. Britta coaches callers live on the air offering them inspiration and guidance toward facing and freeing whatever inner barriers they may have, as well as acknowledging and strengthening what is already good, true, and beautiful in them. She also offers a powerful practice tool each month so listeners can integrate what they are learning into their everyday life.
