◇ Please plan to arrive at 5:00pm on Thursday, November 7th and to stay on site until we complete at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 10th.

◇ With the deep inner work you will be doing, it is very important to arrive at the workshop sober. You’ll also be asked to abstain from all substances for the duration of the workshop.

 Travel

◇  Plan to arrive on site at 5:00 (and before 5:30pm) on Thursday, November 7th to check in. Please plan your travel accordingly, including baggage pickup, customs if applicable, etc.

◇ Dinner is at 6:30pm, and we’ll begin at 7:30pm.

If necessary, you are welcome to arrive a day earlier, which may be needed for a timely arrival for people from Europe or the West Coast because of the time change. In that case, please let Cassie know as soon as you know: info@corexperience.com, so she can check and coordinate that with the site.

◇ Early arrival is an additional cost of $40 for the night. Please bring cash or check to pay at check in.

◇ You would need to bring your own food for the first day, as the first meal we provide is dinner on the 7th.

◇ If you would like to coordinate travel from the airport to The Land Celebration we have created a spreadsheet for you to coordinate together. *Keep in mind it is approximately 1hr and 30 mins from the Dulles International Airport to the Land Celebration.

We ask you to please familiarize yourselves with that job and to direct any questions about this to your event manager.

FOLLOW-UP

Integrating your workshop experience into your everyday life is a big part of the transformative process. To support your process, we will have a Follow-Up / Integration Call one week after the conclusion of the workshop, so we can share and examine any challenges that are arising for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the food like at the workshop?

We have an on-site chef present to cook healthy meals for all participants, who attempts to cook with as much organic, natural food as possible.  We ask for any food allergies or restrictions in the questionnaire, and we can accommodate most needs, including dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, and we will do all that we can to accommodate those needs.  In the rare case that we are not able to, we’ll make sure to communicate that beforehand and provide space for you in the refrigerators on site.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE AT THE WORKSHOP?

We handpick our venue sites for comfort, accessibility, and a concentration on the natural beauty around us. Each site is different, but all feature stunning locations with comfortable accommodations for each participant. The Land Celebration features dormitory style rooms. We put a lot of thought and effort into making sure each participant is comfortable and well-resourced, asking for sleeping preferences before the workshop. An on-site event manager is there to see to any concerns that come up.

can i do this workshop with a friend or relative?

Yes absolutely! Many people choose to complete their workshop with a close friend or family member present, and it’s a very bonding experience. We encourage you to invite anyone who you are close to, and who might also benefit from the weekend.

What if i can’t get there in time, or have to leave early?

Each process of the weekend is incredibly important. It’s key that you be on site before the workshop starts at 7:00pm, and that you are able to stay until the very end. Please plan accordingly when booking your travel. We cannot accommodate late arrivals or early departures.

What is the policy if i need to transfer or cancel?

Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information on this, and contact our Client Care Specialist if you need to discuss a transfer.
