Important Information for Your Upcoming
Leadership Development Training (Module I)

Welcome! In preparation for LDT Module I (2025), you will need the following logistical information:

Please read through this page in its entirety, and please provide us with information we will need in order to best take care of you.

Dates & Times

 Please take a moment to put the following events into your calendar.

Your Questionnaire is due within TWO weeks of acceptance into the training. Click here to submit.

By Jan 6th
◇  Pay your balance in full by clicking here OR notify Client Care to set up a Payment Plan.

NOTE: Payment plan options includes 10% finance fee on your remaining balance. Payment plans must be confirmed by January 6th, 2025. Contact Client Care for full details.

 

By April 18th

◇ If you don’t know what your Enneagram Number is, please take this online Enneagram test

◇ Read Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg

◇ Purchase The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. (You will be given reading assignments in this book at the end of the first module.)

◇ Review the “LDT Mod 1 Teaching Materials Reading Schedule” (forthcoming), and refer to the “LDT Mod 1 Folder Materials – For Previewing” (forthcoming) folder for the actual materials.

Travel

ARRIVAL:

Plan to arrive on site before 5:30pm on May 5th to check in. Please plan your travel accordingly, including baggage pickup, customs if applicable, etc. Please keep in mind, it is approximately 1hr and 30 mins from the Dulles International Airport to the Land Celebration.

◇ Dinner is at 6:30pm, and we’ll begin at 7:30pm.

◇ Please add your arrival and departure times to this spreadsheet. We encourage you carpool.

EARLY ARIVAL:

◇ You are welcome to arrive a day earlier (or stay an extra night later), which we recommend for people from Europe or the West Coast because of the time change.

◇ Early arrival (late departure) is an additional cost of $40/night, which you will pay cash or check onsite.

Please bring any pre-made meals or snacks you will need before our first dinner together on May 5th. You will have access to a refrigerator, a toaster, and a microwave.

◇ If you want to arrive earlier than the 5th or stay after May 10th to enjoy the gorgeous site and have your own personal retreat, please email Client Care at info@corexperience.com to check if space is available.

Have you completed your waivers?

Please take a moment to complete these two waivers. They are required and will only take a couple of minutes to complete.

WHAT TO BRING

◇ Food for meals prior to Monday’s dinner

◇ Loose comforting clothes, for at least 6 days

◇ Layers for warm/cool weather

◇ Yoga or Workout/Athletic clothes

◇ Socks and/or slippers

◇ Running/hiking shoes and slip-on sandals

◇ A bathing suit for the pond

◇ An umbrella and/or rain gear in case of rain

◇ A wrist watch

◇ A journal and a pen

◇ A large, covered water bottle

◇ A leak-proof travel cup for hot tea (you will NOT be able to bring any open containers into the group room)

◇ Sunscreen, bugspray

◇ A tote bag or fanny pack (optional)

◇ Any supplements, or special dietary items you may need

◇ Toiletry items, make up, jewelry….

◇ An alarm clock

◇ A flashlight with working batteries

Please also bring extra cash or your checkbook to pay for early arrival lodging and to tip the chef

◇ Staying extra nights at the site (before May 5th / on or after May 10th) $40/night

◇ Tip for the chef – Suggested amount of $20

Food & Accommodations

◇ Please send us your food and accommodation payment, no later than April 18th.

◇ The total F&A cost for LDT I is $875
