You can refer to the 2024-2025 FIT Order of Calls/Processes to Review document as well. This document lists call topics, dates of calls, what FIT teaching call recording to watch each month, processes to lead during the practice calls, who is assigned what processes to lead for the practice calls, and links to recordings. 

For all Mandatory Calls: The FIT agrees to attend the Q&A calls where FITs share their reflections and ask questions about the assigned monthly training call. The FIT also agrees to attend the mandatory practice calls (CW practice calls are mandatory for women and NM/RW practice calls are mandatory for men and anyone leading at a NM or RW). If the FIT cannot attend a mandatory call, they agree to listen to the recording and share their reflections with the Director of Training or another designated person/group within 7 days of the call being held. For reference, here are the COR FIT Conditions & Responsibilities.

You can find the topics for each call here. This will include what past FIT teaching calls to watch for the month, links to the teaching call recordings, as well as processes we’ll review for the practice calls. 

Notes on Giving Feedback

◇ We are not required to give feedback to one another.
◇ If you want feedback from the group or a person you can ask for it.
◇ Give feedback one-on-one and not in the group
◇ If you are offering feedback ask for consent first.

⇢ When receiving feedback receive it as insight to support you in your facilitation experience

When giving feedback here is the framing:

◇ What impacted you beautifully and why? Give specifics
◇ What didn’t quite land and what would you have wanted or what would have supported you better?

For all Practice Calls: If the FIT cannot attend the mandatory live practice call, the FIT agrees to listen to the recording of the call within 7 days and send your share/learnings with the Director of Training or another designated person/group. COR FIT Biannual Questionnaire

Please submit this biannual questionnaire by July 31st and January 31st.

Buddies

For this FIT program, you’ll be assigned a buddy! You’ll have a new buddy every 6 months so you have a chance to get to connect with the people in your cohort. Please check in with your buddy at least once a month via text or by phone. You can share insights, wins, and challenges, or you can request support. Your buddy and their contact information is listed in the roster below.
