Jess shares how she went from absolutely not wanting to be a mother, to sitting and speaking with Britta for the podcast at nine months pregnant! Sometimes, Love is calling us to something way beyond our comprehension (or plans) into a completely new way of being!

Over the last 10 years, she has helped thousands of people ranging from multi-millionaires and Fortune 100 executives, to heart surgeons and entrepreneurs. Jess also has 17+ years of business consulting experience working with clients like Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, and has also taught and coached at top universities such as Northwestern University, Stanford and University of Chicago. Jess has an M.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, a B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University, is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist and trained coach. She lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Rich Belsky and their son Zayne. Jess loves to hike with her two pups, travel anywhere, and is a blue belt in Brazilian jiujitsu.
