COVID CREDIT POLICY
FOR ALL WORKSHOPS:
This policy is for all persons that were registered for an in-person workshop in 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID-19.
Starting in the Summer of 2021 we are opening registration for in-person workshops in the Fall of 2021 and throughout 2022. We are committed to offering at least one workshop per year that will enable you to re-register for the same workshop you were registered for in 2020. You will be able to utilize your credit in either a 2021 or 2022 workshop. Your credit will not be valid beyond 2022.
If you have utilized part of your credit, or have only made a deposit, once you are registered for a workshop you will be responsible for the balance due at time of registration.
A response is required on your part in order to secure your place in 2021 or 2022 for the workshop(s) for which you have paid. Please let us know by August 1, 2021 which workshop date(s) you choose. After August 1, 2021 we cannot guarantee your space, the workshop may fill, and you may lose your credit.
Some of our workshops might require an additional accommodation fee. Even if you have paid for a workshop in full there is a chance that we will need to collect an additional accommodation payment. This is due to changes in venue pricing and some limitations on numbers of attendees. The amount you might be asked to pay is $250 for a shared room and $450 for a single room.
